ACB Controlling HIP

ACB Controlling HIP
Couple things, hopefully you savvy investors can clarify....

Why would CMED enter a supply agreement (Just recently) with HIP if they knew the aquisition deal would go through....?

Any chance ACB bought a bunch of HIP shares so shareholders voted against the CMED/HIP deal since ACB didn't want HIP back in November? Perhaps this is why HIP shot to $3...?

Seems desperate for the tragically hip and Brent(CMED CEO) to have a press release confirming they are still interested in the deal(Just days before the deadline) when the HIP stock is currently a higher SP then being offered by CMED....

If everybody is so concerend with this deal, why is the HIP still trading at $1.60... Perhaps ACB is a controlling interest of HIP and won't sell their stock.... Perhaps a few major shareholders of CMED doesn't want this deal to go through because they like the idea of ACB taking over CMED....

GL everybody, but I will be holding the HIP as they will be taken over by a much better company than CMED at a much better deal. Looking forward to CMED losing this battle to ACB. CMED managment is much better off with ACB guiding them.

My opinion only of course, what do you all think?
