I think the merger will go through and that anyone who is buying above $1 is effectively donating their money to charity. 

Also, once the merger goes through, how is CMED paying for/converting outstanding HIP stocks? Will they be issuing more CMED shares? What will happen to CMED stock if they dilute?


Why do you think the price goes to a buck if the deal doesn't go through? Doesn't HIP get 9 mill if the deal is cancelled?
