No apology necessary. Similar to a stock options but it's traded similar as the current stock. Those warrants have an exercise price of $1.75 with an expiry date in 2020. If you expect the stock going > $1.75 before 2020 and in an hope that HIP does not accelerate them, you have the possibility to buy the stock at 1.75 or trade the warrants as you normally do with a stock. Useless to mention that as soon as the stock price goes over $1.75 mark, those warrants will trade at a way higher price and you can cash them same as a stock.
