Confused.....

Confused.....About 4 months ago Newstrike did a bought financing that generated $80 mil at a price of$1.32. You would think the price would have held near that or even above. This group has now seen the stock drop .70 cents. Is this normal.......you would think they would do this financing if they saw some huge growth potential. Thoughts?
