I completely agree with you but unless the MJ companies say something we have no power. We will see how this lottery works itself out. I feel like they wanted it to look legit and open to anybody but they knew all along it wouldn’t work. They probably got a ton of easy money doing this and next week they will say it didn’t work and now they will do a lottery for companies that already have stores and sales in place. Monday BNN will probably have some funny these to say about this and how it will turnout. Remember UP is planning to sell right out of they facility which I beleive is fine since they have a license to sell already? GLTA.
