I don`t claim to be an expert on warrants so please take my words lightly. I`m not sure on the originals but the gap should narrow quickly if HIP strides towards $1.75 by next Feb. If the new combined HEXO-HIP entity gets to $28.00 in this time period you will be okay...just remember the .063 conversion rate. Gambling money only - don`t bet the farm, I`m loading up on the A warrants - IMHO they are a sure thing and even at today`s close of 17 cents they are still under valued by 15%. Back at the last PP - each common share entitled the holder to a 1/2 share warrant, each warrant entitles the holder to purchase 1 common share of HIP if HIP hits a strike price of $1.00. So up to $1.00 the A warrant should be worth 50% of the common share price. It`s after the common share price exceeds $1.00 that the warrants are in the money as they move in tandem with the share price - either way I might add. HEXO may accelerate the strike allowance at their discretion.
