Usually activist investors have more than 4 shares.... here, all the largest investors are locked up... so long for your hope for a white night...

also, your maths are flawed. 67% applies to the shares VOTED, not the float. Retail investors usually don’t vote. So one thing is sure, the 25% locked up (i think the exact number is 29%) will end up weighing much more than that for the purpose of the merger approval. Again, this is a done deal, but you can keep on praying...
