The the numbers as good as they are, especially whenn compared to HEXO, I have little douth that HEXO will do everything they can to make sure the deal goes through. 

Give some consideration to where you think the SP will go with / without the deal and what the odds are of anothe offer coming in.  Then determine if you are better off selling / holding / averaging down etc.

I would be surprised if the CEOs did not have a candid discussion about the value of the deal to both companies.  I doubt Jay would have signed onto a deal that was not to the benefit of HIP, at least in the long run.  If the max value out of this deal is today or a year + from now is anyone's guess.  Everyone needs to form their own theory as to how this will shake out and what

After financials and in comparison to it's peer's; I thought HIP would run into the $0.60's for sure. Hip just sold the same amount as Cronos in the Quarter, lol. Yes . Cronos is declining today, but they're presently valued at 4.7B; whereas HIP 300M. Now that Q4 is done; when/where is Q1 2019? I'm thinking they have until April 30 to file; would luv to see 9-10M in revenue Q1,
