Green Growth will make a last minute bid for HIP!!
IMO, this is why they terminated APH takeover offer. Easier to make a splash in the market with a smaller or medium sized producer like HIP.

Hope you're right. At his point in time, we remain lock-step with Hexo. Unless they "up" the offer, I'm bailing before any acquisition takes place.

green growth terminated apha offer because they own a wackload of shares already of apha and have a few people on apha board are owners or on greengrowth. they made that offer to detour people from the shorters report that tanked apha. that was a pure manipulation offer.

Dream on, hip is currently 50% more expensive than when the deal was announced... plus green growth stock is massively inflated.

Is it free money? NO, they have to pay the interest. Even this merge, where is the money from ? I think HEXO will issue more shares to complete this transaction.

lmao ....wow . The merge is being done with shares leaving them with 245 million outstanding shares , big deal lolollololl....money from debt , is always better than equity in this scenario. What you say sounds like amateur hour at the Apollo
