CONFIRMED - Newlox is NOT green - Using Cyanide in Projects!

Ok, now I just feel sorry for you.

You obviously have an problem with comprehension. Is there someone else with you to help you understand the question?  The answer you provided was indeed an answer, but not an answer to the question I asked. I asked you for evidence that Newlox had admitted to using “cyanide” in any recent literature or disclosure statements.

Can you get your mom or your aid to help you understand that simply stating that they use "Merrill Crowe" as an electrowinning step in their process is not the same as admitting they use cyanide. Maybe you should erase your answer and try again or maybe phone a friend.

I will type slowly so you can understand… show me evidence that Newlox openly admits to the public that they are using cyanide and not an eco-friendly fictional alternative. Their literature and disclosure ommits any reference to cyanide and as such, how would any investor know otherwise.

PS: Contrary to your claims and elementary attempts at fact deflection, Merrill Crowe is notcyanide process. It is simply an electrowinning or electroplating step in the extraction process of metals from an aqueous solution. Electrowinning is not exclusive to cyanide and there are many other options to extract gold from solution, including standard plate and EMEW electrowinning, precipitation and ION exchange resins.

I think Its time to point out the obvious. Newlox may have deliberately omitted (withheld) key material information from the investing public. In legal terms this is called “exclusionary detailing” or “lying by omission”.

Lie by Omission Law and Legal Definition - A lie of omission is an intentional failure to tell the truth in a situation requiring disclosure. - Definitions.uslegal.com

Thanks for your admissions and confirmations, the time in your head, your entertaining and uneducated discourse, and of course, your assistance in drawing attention to this potentially negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation by lie of omission. Your poorly postured defense of Newlox in this matter could make you complicit in this potential action. (eat your hat)

I challenge anyone to take a quick look on Wikipedia and just briefly read about the Merrill-Crowe process. It's not long, honest. If you come away now knowing that the Merrill-Crowe process uses cyanide leaching to extract gold from ore because it requires gold-cyanide as the feedstock to the process then I think you'll agree with me that Newloxlurker is a tool and his credibility should ...more

Oh no. Look man, I'm sorry to embarrassed you like that. Not that I expect you to admit it, but I imagine now that you've checked you're probably pretty pissed at yourself for making such a bone-headed mistake. It happens to all of us. All jokes aside, always do that quick check and rely on the great cognitive scaffolding that is the internet so you limit those 'oops' moments ...more

Quit your incoherent babbling and attempt to answer my questions.    Now that we have established that Newlox is using cyanide at its plant in Costa Rica, Can you provide any evidence that the company has a permit to use cyanide in Costa Rica? Can you provide any evidence that Newlox has ever publically disclosed its use of cyanide as a reagent? How can Newlox represent ...more

What is the Merrill-Crowe process? All anyone needs to do to determine your credibility is to read your posts and check for themselves. Here's a good example that you don't want to confront.. Your quote: "Contrary to your claims and elementary attempts at fact deflection, Merrill Crowe is not a cyanide process. It is simply an electrowinning or electroplating step in the extraction ...more

Thanks. You just my confirmed all of my assumptions.  After a thorough search of all corporate documents for the last 8 years, you couldn't even find one mention of the word "cyanide". Not one. Now that's a convenient omission. Every other gold miner using cyanide is required to disclose same.  The best you can do is draw an imaginary line to the words " ...more

Sorry, one more time for those in the back, what is the Merrill-Crowe process again? Here, I'll help you along to remember what you were so confident it was: Here's your quote: "Contrary to your claims and elementary attempts at fact deflection, Merrill Crowe is not a cyanide process. It is simply an electrowinning or electroplating step in the extraction process of metals from an ...more

It was Newloxlurker's game to give up. Their persistence after the last encounter where they near-entirely blew up their whole argument by misunderstanding what the Merrill-Crowe process is (because they couldn't even be bothered to check before hitting post) combined with a total lack of provided sources to back up their claims leads me to believe there's a possibility they have ...more
