RE:RE:RE:B of D to Review OfferI believe the magic number is 10% ownership of the share float before Velvet would have to publically report share purchases - not to say that brokerages can't be accumulating "on behalf" of their bed partner I guess.  Games can and will always be played by the wolves at the door.  Velvet can certainly buy more shares from others stupid enough to sell now if they want - but notice that the timing of the offer was a couple of weeks before IBR was planning on releasing well results and a number of weeks in advance of the AGM (which should include a good development plan discussion I would think).  If this cheap $0.75 gambit doesn't work now I think the horse will escape the stable intact.  I'm hoping that the BOD are only humouring Velvet with politeness but not forgetting their fiduciary responsibility to the shareholder.  I'd hate to see another IAE situation where the shareholders get taken advantage of in this fog of partial information.  With IAE the BOD's and management survived the unsolicited takeover...
