If IBRs land is as valuable as we all seem to believe, then I'm sure Velvet isn't the only one that may have been accumulating. Since the RMP days, when we were in the 2s, their was talk about buyout. Management then screwed up big time and oil was being killed. The buyout went away... So two things IMO will happen. Current mangament is pulling the cover over ours eyes and are going to sell to this offer. Or Velvet or a better suitor will pay up a much fairer price.
