RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:IKkuma just got 188% premium for lessSo referring back to a post of mine on Feb 23rd 2018 and doing some quick math equalizing value on approximate acreage only (not getting cute with sour vs. sweet processing, liq %, capex/boe, debt level, etc.) a $250MM deal add to BBI (currently @ 0.355) results in about a $516MM market cap & $7M/acre land value to BBI.  A similar land only valuation puts IBR at $2.26/sh (kinda in the wheelhouse of where I see a more fair value to the shareholder).  I like that rumor.  Thanks SigmaKappa!  Could be yet another industry meter stick for valuing IBR and somewhat important given the similarilties between BBI and IBR.

Keep in mind that BBI's Montney is quite sour.  Deeper.  Nearer to residents.  More upstream in an egress limited gas sales system.  Ick.  It won't be as anywhere as easy or cheap to develop...  IBR's acreage imo has significantly superior economics.
