The montney area in the greater grand orarie area is taking off. Land values are soaring. Look at pipestone cenovus sales. Blackbird since inception. Now rumor is pipestone co is going to merge with blackbird. 10mm in land value a few years ago pkus a couple wells drilled to be valued at 250mm plus.

No im saying they are taking of merhing with pipestone co for 250mm. So basically doubling their mkt cap. Im posting this to show the changes in land values. Pipestone a few years till now has badically increased in land value by 5-15 times in certain areas

So referring back to a post of mine on Feb 23rd 2018 and doing some quick math equalizing value on approximate acreage only (not getting cute with sour vs. sweet processing, liq %, capex/boe, debt level, etc.) a $250MM deal add to BBI (currently @ 0.355) results in about a $516MM market cap & $7M/acre land value to BBI.  A similar land only valuation puts IBR at $2.26/sh (kinda in the
