Price seems cemented around $2.40.
Imho two future developments possible....if the deal gets canceled or not closed until the end of May, there will be a big short squezze, most probably up to max. $3.20 (warrants/options strike there).
Otherwise, their will be selling pressure from those suscription rights buyers down to 2.11 (who didn't short the stock in advance).
A quite idiotic setup (I like the acquisition in principle).
