Tony---Of course being NR 43 101 does matter.....The real question is  ...How much does it matter at this stage of the game""    My answer is not nearly as much because so many similarities can be shown to deposits already proven up--- which will give the "blue sky" a more decent credibilty...Ole will have to sell or dillute yet this year.....IMO   ...   I think they will choose to sell if Chet can get in excess of $5/share.......If not , I believe that they will indeed dillute..........Too much gold here to let the concession go for less...And then Chet will work on it becoming NR 43 101 compliant during 2012 and the share price will then be much higher for a buy out ....
