His timing is wonderful on POG and to basically be able to tell the Gold world he has found 5 mil oz of Gold and show his Project potentially has 10 Mil Oz.is a huge success... Hes an expersienced savvy Gold Exec, and knows all the Gold CEo's as its a small group...Funds are at $7.5 mil , down to approx $3 mil by thanks giving.,1.5 by christmas.. ( per financials)... BTW... for the la la crowd and Fatasy buy- out Group,,Arabs owe Ole a bunch, wanna sell, and writing a $300 mil check for the Mine is out. Govt also applying pressure to put up or shut up..... Chets paid big $$ to a top notch Invstmt Banker since June to handle the sale... and Partners say Sell now. .... Yes its all set up.
Basically (imo) Chet NOW knows a range of what they will take and get for the Project....... This is not a fishing expedition, and Chet wont position himself w/ his back against the wall and be forced into something. Bluntly, he knows what he can get Now, and has positioned himself accordingly.... if something backfires, and he cant sell, and must Dilute millions and millions of more shares to keep the Company open past Dec.... i feel he'll have to do that very soon,,,,,, as a last minute Dilution would show desperation and devastate the lowly 86 cent share price. Majors would smell blood ... and chets Project and reputation would take a serious hit. I've never liked chets promotional skills,,,, but hes a 30 year gold CEO.....he's planned it all out, and will make the right moves.
