Roadking.    Thanks for adding some variety  and humor to the board. My guess is .60, 5 million shares. Just enough to pay Chet's salary and bonuses (oh, and don't forget Nell Dragovan, his wife and OLE board member.; she needs her cut...) with a little left over to fund the buy-out negotiations. LOL
