RE: RE: RE: buyout prize If the acquiring company buys with stock it usually goes down and will cause OLE to go down as well. Obviously as far as OLE from a much higher level than today. Hence, the only way to ge an accurate winning bid for RK's prize is using the previous days closing price and using that as a basis. For example if TGZ offers .75 shares of TGZ for every OLE share and TGZ closes at $2.25 the day before the deal then the winning bid will be $1.69.
Pure speculation. Put me down for $1.87 RK.
