Good point Tony, did not think of that....closing price for both involve parties it is if were the case.

only 5 bids so far for Aruba, either readers like the cold or waiting for next Sunday deadline to put in bid. There was a bid for 286,000 shares at 0.76 this week and saw another for 106,000 shares at 0.75 on Friday which lights me up like a artificial Christmas tree. 

Don't forget there is another deadline #2 that cancels #1. If couples4 is right for buyout #3 2012 I will change my handle for coppertone2013
