Tony:

Although I am not crazy about the price, I am glad that TGZ made their offer public and disclosed they have been negotiating to buy the OJVG since December 2011, it is the most clarity we have received in long time. I understand we all expected it was going on behinds the scenes, but by TGZ making it public, it puts pressure on everyone, including larger firms that may have been looking at it from afar.

Not much posted on this board is material to what may or is going to happen with OLE. I will get beat up for this, but Parks has been more wrong that right. If you feel that him/ndm berading people because they have an opinion is contributing, than I guess we disagree.

I understand that PG says to stay away from these message boards, but with OLE not saying anything and PG popping his head up every so often and giving very little guidance as to what is going on, it is hard not to look elsewhere. All of us shareholders are owners of OLE and we deserve to be treated accordingly. OLE says it looks out for shareholders value, but based on the stock price, that is a hard statement to take seriously. Chet will look out for Chet, but that is about it...
