With all of this tough talk from Bendon ....

especially when they said that TGZ's bid for OLE was "unresonably low based on current valuations of the OJVG project and interest from other larger public gold companies" one has to assume that they have other more valuable plans for their percentage ownership.  OLE is yet to say a word but I would expect one sometime before the end on this month.  JMHO

Agreed.... I hope OLE has something to say soon... like a plan h1

Yes, a plan indeed.  Here's a sneak peek: - Chet keeps borrowing to pay the bill for the limos and champagne up in Vancouver - IR gets new golf clubs and memberships at the best country club in B.C. - No drilling, exploration, JV, buyout or other transaction is contemplated. - Secretary will add some language to the annual report about "building value" - Shareholders?  We ...more

That Comet post is exactly what I mean Hoosier.  What does that contribute to this board. Ahhh. NOTHING.  OLE and Bendon WANT to sell.  TGZ knew what it was doing when it made its intentions on the bid public.  They are under severe pressure from the Aussies.  The OJVG is a valuable asset along with TGZ and its mill and I believe that they will combine either by themselves ...more

It contributed as much or more than you jabbering every day for the last 6 months about how the gold price is going to bounce, all the while watching it fall on its rear end.
Comment by goldn1 on Jun 14, 2013 11:10am
Tony:   Although I am not crazy about the price, I am glad that TGZ made their offer public and disclosed they have been negotiating to buy the OJVG since December 2011, it is the most clarity we have received in long time. I understand we all expected it was going on behinds the scenes, but by TGZ making it public, it puts pressure on everyone, including larger firms that may have ...more

Goldn1 - You're without a doubt your own worse enemy. No berating, no slamming, just simple proof that Grandich was indeed right when it comes to posters like you (and Tony assertion that you never contribute anything worthwhile). In your latest post you claim Grandich has hardly given anything meaningful- If that isn't prrof of your stupidity (sorry, but it can't be called anything ...more

Comet considering gold is getting attacked everyday we are still at roughly $1400 and could easily go higher. They have tried to break it multiple time but it is holding because of the physical demand. G1 I have nothing agaisnt you personally I just would like this bickering to stop.>

NDM:   Why don't we agree to disagree. PG is paid by Oromin to post about them. He has gone from telling his readers that Oromin is a lottery ticket, a double, to basically he has no clue.   It is not hard to tell that you, tony, gfather and parks are all one in the same, so just put me on ignore and talk between yourselves. You can continue to reiterate that I have road this ...more

Tony, the gold conspiracy fantasy doesn't sell either.  It's a commodity and the cycle has turned.  They all do.  It was a nice 12 year one way trade but nothing lasts forever.  The fear trade has died out.  Hedge funds that have no interest in gold ideology are puking out their holdings and the free ride is over for good. And frankly I could care less.  The ...more

Comet that takedown a couple of months ago was completely orchestrated. The cost of getting the metal out of the ground is about $1250 to $1300 or so. We will have some support if we get that low and if we break that the pog will go up relatively soon with less supply as producers will cut production. Every day that goes by there is less and less gold to be mined. It will eventually become a ...more
