AGM Movedi guess a good idea,,, as they most likely would not have anything to say. TG's meeting the 17th,
and they will pass the proxy vote to Buy Ole....... may be a good sign ?... as if things were now going badly, they would just have the AGM as scheduled, then announce a Dead Deal or flat refusal... who knows.
