They may be close to something or else they ..
They may be close to something or else they .. would not have pushed back the meeting. It is pretty safe to say that they are negotiating. They are probably mulling different scenarios that they want to have lined up and made public before the meeting. I bet Bendon is involved in the delay of the meeting which would be good news as they are probably also mulling offers or scenarios.
