RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: Bendon

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: Bendon Counter offer?  How can that happen?  Is this like your gold price calls for the last 9 months?  OLE has no leverage here that I can see to negotiate anything.  TGZ and Iamgold already have a big chunk of the shares commmitted, Grandich's millions and lots of us little guys are committed. What's to negotiate?  If the tender fails we are holding a bag of crap that will only stay afloat if Chet can borrow cash at 12% in perpetuity.

Let's get real here, there's no negotation unless TGZ is just loses it's mind for some reason.  They have approval now from their shareholders to tender at the offer price and issue stock to make that tender happen, not to suddenly up the offer and have to issue more.

The offer is pretty much the last chance for OLE shareholders.  Chet the jerk already made his pile and could care less about us.  Hence the b.s. about waiting for better offers.  Conning us to bittter end, eh jerk?  The only ofther offer is going to be a fire sale where you get a couple pennies a share after the bankruptcy because the tender didn't make it and Chet's creditors said sorry fella, the fantasy game is up and you're done.  Personally I'm not interested in holding the bag for that jerk.   Did I mention he's a jerk?  Yeah?  Good.
