RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: Bendon That's the sad part Goldfather.  He had no plan - just borrow money and pray.  That's not a business plan.  I seriously doubt he could have turned this into a mine even if the market had just stayed flat for the last couple years instead of crashing.    Management is the #1 factor for investing in juniors.  I bought this based on the resource before that lesson had really sunk in - my fault.   Of course the junior market has kicked everyone's butt in the last year, even the smartest of the smart took a beating.

We are lucky TGZ wants this deal, needs this deal actually.  They need it as bad as OLE shareholders do.   Converting our shares into holding a functioning mine at least has the potential to maybe make us whole down the road.
