Options information....

According the May 29th 2012 pamphlet I received in the mail, OLE management had a total of 13,459,000 options with a combined weighted average of $1.08.  Included in that figure are 4,650,000 that were given back in 2011 at $1.30.  The remaining number of them are priced at $.65 and $.92.

They would need an almost exactly $450 million dollar bid (using 43.5% and 151 million fully diluted shares) to get to the $1.30 per share figure.  They will probably have more than 43.5% when the deminishing Badr % is figured out but we have to stick with what we know in order to guess at a price per share. This figure also does not include the cut Senegal will get.  I do not know what that will be or how it is structured.

Tony-----That would tend to confirm (to me) that Chet's price is above $2.00/share........Whether he gets it or not , time will tell...........BUT Ole is a great buy here at under .80 ...

arlene, but if the buyout price falls short of $1.3 and those options are out of the money, management still has "their bonuses" built in, with the $2.5 million they get in case of a buyout.   must be nice....

topoftheridge----True , True  ...Wish I had those choices..     However , I believe Chet will definitely "Go for the Gold"  (pun intended)  and history would indicate he generally gets it...
