(OTC Pink: OMID) has entered into a 6-month marketing and consulting agreement with a Toronto-based marketing firm, North Equities Corp (“the firm”). With an expertise in a variety of social media platforms, North Equities Corp. will facilitate greater awareness and widespread dissemination of the Company’s news. In connection with this agreement, the company has agreed to pay the firm $60,000.00 along with 150,000 restricted shares of OMID common stock.
