If you are a good trader and fast in and out..? Then go for it. Ocean power tech is very very expensive to build and maintain. The cost of re-fit makes it very close to non ...more

it's a sell today for me

was under water a month ago,I paid $7.35 per share for it after a reverse split,but it took off this morning and I followed it up,so basically I doubled my money on it in about a month hold glta.
