Sorry, don’t have any experience of the French legal system and am not a lawyer. Guess it could take several months or more. However, throw in the Ukraine anti-Russian sentiment and who knows how long it will linger. Regardless, whether the SC backs the gov’ appeal or they come down on NGs side, IMHO, its immaterial.
