REUNION ANNOUNCES $20 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Reunion Gold Corp. has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Sprott Capital Partners and Paradigm Capital Inc. in connection with a bought deal private placement financing of 77 million units of the company at a price of 26 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $20.02-million.
