CEO buying shares. Why?

Patrick Elliott buying shares on the open market. Looks like he already owns 8 million and has options on another 750,000. Why is he buying? Hmmmm

This stock already Consolidated so if he bought 750, 000.  Then you can see the results with in couple of weeks.  I am anticipating more to come.  Cheers

He only bought 30,000, the 750,000 options are excersiable at .20 cents and not yet exercised.
