RE:NILSY a possible suitorI’d have to assume if there is another offering coming to the table and they want to save a few million, today is as good as any to make the offer.  Or they may want to play it safe and spend a few extra million to see the books first before they make any offer. I’ll be looking for a news release or halt this morning...... here’s to hoping....
