Terrible buyout offer accepted by Brookfield
Not sure what went on behind closed doors, but i suspect some under the table deal where Brookfield gets more than what is stated in the buyout deal.
There is no reason i can fathom why Brookfield would accept this deal before the next Q results are posted. I believe PDL trading at about 5x forward P/E for the upcoming year... if the price of palladium stays where it is and doesnt rise more...
Very disappointed , but i did make money on this holding, but really was expecting a 30% premium.
