Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based natural resource exploration company. The Company's principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the advanced stage of exploration of the Morrison deposit, a porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum ore body, located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Granisle, British Columbia and situated within the Babine Lake Porphyry Copper Belt. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located contiguous to the Morrison claims. The Company is proposing an open-pit mining and milling operation for the production of copper/gold/silver concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. It is located within 29 km of two former producing copper mines, Bell and Granisle. Yes the meeting should be run on Zoom.  No reason in this day and age it shouldn't be.  Shareholders need to demand this.

He's what is going to happen.  NOTHING.   Let me repeat it in case you are hard of hearing.  NOTHING.

PBM no longer has an active EA application.   The Ministers and the Ministry owe PBM nothing and will grant it nothing.  Anyone who tells you otherwise is a fool.

I'll say it again.  PBM had 10 years to have discussions with the Ministry and forward a SAIR.  Now it needs to start over from step 0.
