Kent Zehr is not an environmental engineer.  He is not a mining engineer.   He is an electrical engineer. His specialization is "Power distribution, instrumentation and controls."  He knows nothing about building an environmentally responsible mine.

Furthermore, the man has been retired for 8 years.  He is hardly knowledgable on recent technology and design.

John this is like takeing a knife to a gun fight. I sure hope we all can watch this GM meeting via live on our telephones and can have some input as to what is going to happen between LBN ,Ministry and BKM????  This NR was pretty short after waiting just about 120 days, Question is will Ministry or LBN FNs even reply back to BKM.Cheers to all who are still waiting and so sad for those who are

People are delusional if they think the BC Ministry is suddenly going to give PBM a bunch of attention, ie "tell them what needs to be done" in a meeting. People are friggin stupid if they think PBM might "determine what additions or amendments to the proposed project would be necessary for its approval IN THE NEAR FUTURE." PBM had 10 friggin years to draft a proper SAIR and
