COOKIE207, Sure would be nice to hear from Salmon and B3. But with the response we got from FNs and Government I'm sure they decided to move on. I assume that the Government has not yet replied to BKM on exactly what they want. Maybe they have but we have not heard anything from John. Still waiting for something from John . Where the hell is our NR on whats happening, Any other CEO would have ...more

"I assume that the Government has not yet replied to BKM on exactly what they want." Can we please stop this BS ? The BC government doesn't want anything from PBM.  If PBM wants a certificate from the government, the steps to do so are well publicized.  PBM needs to submit a project proposal and ratify a scope/ Terms of Reference document with the relevant stake holders.  ...more

CopperBull, John says your lying on all the BS your putting on this blog, So it's up to the individual share holder who to beleive which side they want. I do remember all that was the main concern was WATER and FISH. That's what FNs and Government problems were if I remember right. CopperBull you and i can disagree as much as we can, But the only truth can come from BKM office in a written ...more

No certificate = no mine.   There is absolutely no way to get a certificate without doing a new EA.  None.  Zero.  Zilch.  The BC EA act is absolutely clear on this.   John can jump up and down and say whatever he wants but there is no way to get an EA Certificate without a new EA, not matter what he says. If Morrison was approved without going through a ...more

CopperBull, if no PR from BKM on this, then we know who's telling the truth. Hope we don't get some BS PR, We need to Know whats going on NOW not some story telling on waiting !!!!!!!

There is no big announcement coming on the BC government and an EA certificate.  No politician in the BC government has the power to award an EA certificate.   No court in BC has the power to award an EA certificate. BC legistlation is very clear.  To get an EA certificate a company must submit a complete EA application package to the ministers for consideration.   ...more

Who has mentioned anything about a EA certificate in the next NR, just you. if you hate BKM you should move on.  But we need a NR on what there up to going ahead. If it's a new EA certificate tell us,  I my self have not read anywhere that the Government and FNs wanted a hole new EA certificate from BKM.  CopperBull please copy and paste it on here so we can all see where they ...more

Well, it's pretty evident who is the most believable in this discussion. I've been mislead more than once by JP.  Copperbull has been pretty consistent in his analysis and views. I'm sure he would love to be proved wrong but his analysis is pretty much spot on. There can be legitimate debate about the influence of FN in the whole process but there is no doubt about the fact that ...more

Can it get any more clear than this ? "We wish to emphasize that our decision relates to the Morrison Copper/Gold Project as proposed. We note that the Environmental Assessment Act allows Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. to submit another proposal based on a new project design in the future should you wish to do so." https://projects.eao.gov.bc.ca/api/public/document ...more

Or how about this: "In our view, this conclusion is supported by the fact that the application for an EAC is now more than 10 years old, and there may well be new scientific or on-the-ground information that should be taken into account through a full environmental assessment, should PBM wish to re-apply for an EAC" https://projects.eao.gov.bc.ca/api/public/document ...more

Yep Satisfied, John is in denial and should be removed then, Whats wrong with this board of directors. Still will be interesting on what this next NR will be about. TRUTH or FICTION
Comment by CopperBull2021 on Nov 13, 2022 3:18pm
"John is in denial" The EAO has been very clear in its communications for years now.   Why shareholders continually believe what John says over what the legislation states and the EAO writes in its correspondence to PBM is beyond me. To reiterate: PBM needs to submit a brand new EA application. The new EA application needs an alternative mine design ...more

Hypothetically, BKM goes through the expense of providing another mine proposal, and it proves to have zero-minimal adverse effect on the environment, then it gets rejected again due to a "goal post adjustment", should they just continue to keep making these proposals until the one day they decide to let the small mining junior have a lucky day? How is this supposed to work? Is this fair ...more

BKMforthewin, everyone has a point, Yes we all know about the goal post, they don't matter anymore, FNs and Government want there A$$$$ kissed and a new EA, and it seems thats the only way we get EA. so BKM if thats what they want LETS do it. I'm not keen on FNs and Government, they have srewed us over for to many years. They are the most corrupt people on earth. IMO
Comment by CopperBull2021 on Nov 14, 2022 11:25am
Stop the victim mentality ! PBM submitted a proposal and it got rejected.   All it needed to do was do the additional work the government asked of it and it would have gotten the certificate.   PBM's actions led to its own demise, not anything the government or FN did.  PBM screwed itself.

First off, it was the deputy minister that said Morrison had minimal adverse effects, not the Ministers themselves. Secondly, the EAO gave PBM a list of things they wanted addressed and PBM never did.   I'm pretty sure that if PBM had addressed the things on the list that PBM would now have a certificate.   By not responding to the list that the EAO provided PBM sealed its ...more
