RE:RE:The all-important date to rememeberJust a reminder:

The voting is at a Special Meeting to be held at a future date, hopefully in September. ONLY VOTERS AT THE MEETING, IN PERSON OR BY PROXY ARE ALLOWED TO CAST THEIR VOTES.

To be elegible to vote, you must buy shares or be beneficial owner by Aug 27

Under National Instrument 61-101, Protection of Minority Shareholders in Special Transactions only Minority Shareholders, ie: not the insiders who have agreed to sell to CNQ, are allowed to vote, if required, and a simple majority of that vote at the meeting is required to pass this proposal.

That means a) all shareholders vote with a 66.7% approval threshold of voters at the meeting b) the security holders vote as one class with 66.7% approval required and, if required, c) an NI 61-101 vote.

If you want your vote to count, send in your proxy.
