Read this artical. this is why the retail investors are holding the bag on this company.
I feel that the FEDS have abandend the small canadian companys in the O& G sector . They dont care about the small companys.

On August 14 I emailed Cvarcoe@postmedia.com and asked if he could help by giving a voice to the mostly dissenting retail shareholders . I am still waiting for a reply. would appreciate if others could ask him for a voice especially once the proxy package comes out
