RE: news is good Yes,,,GOES has very little on the way of a defense of the CAFTA case. I think PMU is wise want to open a dialog,,,in that they know they will win,,,,and I think GOES knows that they will loose. So,,,maybe,,just maybe the GOES and the President can use this ruling as political cover to allow PMU to resume mining.
