From what I understand, if all objections are thrown out the window then PMU has an outstanding chance at winning this.

Yes,,,GOES has very little on the way of a defense of the CAFTA case. I think PMU is wise want to open a dialog,,,in that they know they will win,,,,and I think GOES knows that they will loose. So,,,maybe,,just maybe the GOES and the President can use this ruling as political cover to allow PMU to resume mining.

It also seems like the news has created some positive energy with traders today. Volume is decent. Hopefully I can accummulate some more before the final verdict.If the verdict is good (which I anticipate) the SP should soar. If it's bad.....GLTA
