Whatever warrants are out there ; held by key management , when exercised , some will keep all , some will sell just enough to cover taxes, also these shares/warrants are always sold by a firm that finds a buyer at a set price ( cross trade ) this way ; not affecting the SP . These shares are not dumped at market like you try to say here ! But nice try ! LOL
