The market valued the shares at 15-16 cents (due to their pressure) probably over the last two years aiming at this end - TV takeover, lock stock and barrel -  How do the cut this down BY SELF INTERESTED FIAT by 91%!!! How did they get this number. They could have gotten much more from major biopharmas for the huge future potential and paid off all the TV debt and let them go their way still leaving much more for the current investors who were shafted by the TV bankers and possibly by PLI management. I want PLI to show to the market all their attempts to sell the company as a whole. TV did not want some major biopharma to walk off with the prize - they wanted it for themselves! Show us otherwise.
