Thomvest has an agenda to destroy the value of this company and probably a back door arrangment with Kedrion.
Cost of development to get the BLA for Ryplazim were north of a billion dollar and they give it away for 5 millions$ !!! now that it is approuved and ready to sell to patient that are already identified, so no marketing expense and huge profit margin
CRAZY!!!!!!!
AND ON TOP OF IT, THEY GIVE AWAY 30% OF THE PRV INSTEAD OF KEEPING 100% OF IT.
So basically, they give away the 1 billion$ FDA approuved Ryplazim, they also give 30 millions (approx 30% of PRV sale), They give away a futur stream high margin product with basically no marketing and sales cost and they receive 5 millions only.
So in fact, 30 millions minus 5 millions= they give Ryplazim plus 25 millions to get rid of it!!
If they did not want to sell ryplazim to patient and make ton of money each year (and growing!), they could have simply kept 100% of the PRV value (100 millions $ +) and shelve ryplazim!
No they trow it away for free plus 25 millions$!!!!!!

So all the trolls who say it is a good deal are evidently working as crazy pumper for Thomvest to try to convince shareholder who did not do any DD that it is a good deal (and it is obviously not, just a huge scam, a steal from small shareholder who don't have the back door arrangment...)
