There areprobably about 4 people who look at a possible rights offering as an opportunity. Probably the same 4 people are considering a 10-20 year time frame as a stellar opportunity. Unfortunately these 4 people will not buy any shares on the open market. The result? No one will care about numbers until they know there is funding for this cash hungry project.
