Agree, more than anyone, perhaps on any board on SH, ever, Mike has put his heart and soul into this company, so much so, that he was accused of being a PGD employee.  He was/is a class act and I have a HUGE amount of respect for him.

The offer does seem low and open to a potential counter by some other entity.
