Six years
four rights offerings. Two backstopped, two undersubscribed, only one where the rights carried any value till expiry. Good chance we have seen the bottom, at least for a good while.

last backstop didn't work out so well with Ned losing control of Dundee to his sons who did not have any appetite for diamond stocks....they also sold half of Dundee to Echelon as well. Rick Rule/Eric Sprott are at least younger then Ned was at the time of that standby. LONG...PGD EKIM

Exercised about half my rights and was delighted to sell the rest at a penny each. I have a lot of shares so it amounted to a nice bit of cash. First time I have managed to sell PGD rights, actually. Every other time the share price drifted too low.
