Triggered STOP-LOSS Positions.....
They are playing with everyone here..as with all these penny stocks most investors/traders they have stop-loss orders, and they see these potential sell orders in the seque and rush in on these tpye of news and push investor out of their positions..this is what you see here today. At end of day, dont be surprised stock price rebounds back to its prior close or we are down a cent or 2 only..maybe we get news on partnerships and that spin-out..That alone will catch interest and may see upward movement in price over .35 cents, My Opinion!!!..seen these moves many times before.
