The news release wasn't clear on whether JJ stepped down on his own or whether the board forced him out. But I think perhaps Iscfa's post is relevant to perhaps offer clues with the Special Commitee's assessment of JJ's actions in doing something (even if it was inadvertent) to cause a possible dark cloud on the company. If perhaps THAT is what the AMF, SEC or OSC have been having

I look at it this way...... nothing materially happened to cause us to lose revenue in JJ leaving. Golden is holding the fort in China. At the end of the day, revenue growth is king. Now that Covid restrictions are over in China, Tenet should be back on track again. IMHO, JJ should have listed on Hong Kong first..... we would have had our growth money right off the bat from an invetsor base that
