They paid $4.655m for Getit with .025 common shares. Do the math, that's 186.2m shares. Add that to already 207m shares comes to 393.2m shares. It's still not too bad, but anymore deals like this then sharestructure becomes a problem.

watch for a reverse split. Obviously the original founders did a lousy job of runnig a business and liked the "perks" of being  the owners. Just look at their rent structure, high expenses and no revenue. what planet are they lving on.  I am sure they paid themselves big   bucks with the shareholders bearing the    burden. Hopefully, the new owners do
